Why we started NuViStra

NuViStra was born from a simple but powerful realisation — that finding a right talent for your team is a talent, if well supported by a visionary sourcing / screening recruiter/team. Organisations with genuine ambition for their people deserved a better kind of advisory partner and not being lost in too many resumes trying to get no sense of what next! Holistic Organizations need a talent patner built on real experience, honest counsel, and a high level commitment to seeing things through.

After 15 years of leading HR and talent functions across some of India's most dynamic organisations, the pattern became clear: the best people strategies don't fail because of a lack of vision. They stall because the support around them isn't grounded in reality. The answer wasn't another consulting framework — it was a fundamentally different kind of partnership.
